Important information regarding grant applications:

All form fields are mandatory unless otherwise stated
Eligibility criteria: Applicants must reside within 15 miles of Blackpool Tower and be under 25 years of age
Successful applicants will receive notification via email following the Trust meeting, including terms and conditions requiring formal acceptance
Should any circumstances change after submission but prior to the Trust meeting (e.g., receipt of alternative funding or changes to application details), please contact us immediately to update your application
The Trust does not provide feedback on unsuccessful applications, and decisions of the Trustees are final
Upon submission, you will receive an acknowledgement email within minutes confirming receipt of your application. We will contact you via email should we require any additional information

By submitting you agree to the above and to provide a short write-up for us to post about your grant if successful.

Supporting documents you may wish to include:

Proof of Age — Birth certificate, passport, or driving license
Proof of Address — Utility bill, bank statement, or council tax bill (dated within last 3 months)
Course/Activity Details — Information about the course or activity you wish to attend
Cost Breakdown — Detailed breakdown of costs including fees, travel, accommodation, etc.
Personal Statement — Explain why you want to attend this course/activity and how it will benefit you
References — Two character references (optional but recommended)
